Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted in-store only.
Refunds take anywhere from 3-10 business days from the moment we initiate the refund in our system. This time frame varies between banks, and we recommend reaching out to your bank directly for a more precise time frame. You will receive an email from support@anaheimfeed.com within roughly 24hrs confirming the refund has been initiated. Please note if you did not enter an email when checking out you will not receive this email. Please call the store if you need further assistance.
- All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days
- Food returns need original packaging
- Torn or used toys are non-refundable
- Recovery collars must be returned or exchanged within 24 hours
- Open flea control items and supplements are non-refundable
If you return only part of your order (e.g., one item out of several), the delivery fee will not be refunded. However, if you return your entire order, we will refund the delivery fee along with the cost of your items.
