Auto Delivery FAQ
No, Auto Deliveries are intended for local delivery ONLY. You can check if you're within our delivery zone here.
You can access your Auto Deliveries by clicking on your account, then clicking on "Manage Auto Deliveries" button. From there you can skip, pause, or change your order date. You can also add items to your order and/or subscription.
If you pay for Auto Deliveries using Shop Pay, you do not have your payment methods stored in your customer profile on anaheimfeed.com. Instead, you have to make these changes within your Shop Pay account. Please refer to this help doc on how to adjust this in the Shop App: Help Guide
Please make any changes to your Auto Delivery items at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery date. Delivery date changes must also be made at least 48 hours in advance. For example, if today is the 12th, the earliest you can move your delivery date to would be the 15th.

We add all eligible items to your Frequent Buyer Program. You can confirm your items were added by contacting the store or sending us a message and we can update you on your progress.
Free item redemptions must be completed in-store at this time.
You can choose from 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 week order intervals. You can change this frequency at anytime through your customer account.
If a product is on sale during your first auto delivery you will get that sale price but on subsequent deliveries it will go back to the regular retail price. To take advantage of a monthly promotion we recommend skipping your next Auto Delivery order and placing a separate one time order to get the extra discounts.
Auto Delivery orders must be more than $35. Orders between $35-$59 are subject to a $6.99 delivery fee. Order over $59 qualify for free delivery.
